- A parent may choose to withdraw a child at any time during the school year, before or after the school day.
- Parents must come to the office to initiate the withdrawal process by completing the Official Withdrawal Form
- All financial records and balances must be cleared before the withdrawal process can be completed. (Grades/Records will not be released if an outstanding balance exists.)
- The official withdrawal form may be picked up no earlier than 24 hrs from initiation.
- There are no refunds and the academy is not obligated to re-enroll children.
- Transcript Request must follow the guidelines for Student Records Review unless the withdrawal process has been initiated.
